A quiet earthen room with warm window light, a wooden bench, and dried grasses — the kind of space therapy should feel like.

A space to slow down and reconnect with what matters.

I'm Whitney Lovett, MA, LPC, CCTP. Trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples, built on fifteen years of slow, real work.

The short version.

Licensed Professional Counselor (MA, LPC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) practicing in Denver. Fifteen-plus years across clinical, educational, and community settings — sitting with adults and couples in some of the hardest moments of their lives, and working alongside teams trying to build systems that actually take care of the people inside them.

My approach is collaborative, relational, trauma-informed, and systems-aware — the kind of therapist who'll sit with you in the hard part and also tell you when it's time to get up. We move at a pace your nervous system can hold. We pay attention to the patterns underneath what's happening. And we work toward something real, not a script.

I work with trauma, anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, life transitions, grief, relationship ruptures, and the slow drift that nobody warns you might happen to your own sense of self. No clipboards. No worksheets that look like the SAT. Just real conversation toward the version of yourself you keep almost reaching.

Whitney Lovett, MA, LPC, CCTP — warm, grounded, and ready to listen.

Therapy is about more than talking — it's about being truly understood.

I built this practice the way I wished therapy had been built for me earlier in my life: warm, honest, paced for the human you actually are. Whether you're in the middle of something big or quietly carrying something you haven't named yet — you're welcome here.
